From our cows to your cone

Ferneley’s milk is collected from our farm and delivered to our specialist Ice Cream Kitchen every day after we have finished milking the cows.

You might be able to see our Ice Cream team turn this fresh milk into Ferneley’s Ice Cream through the dedicated viewing window in our Café.

Through the spring & summer months, you may be able to see our cows grazing the fields surrounding our cafe!

Ferneley's flavours

Our Ice Cream is produced in small batches and our Ice Cream Cabinet regularly boasts as many as 18 different flavours of Ice Cream.

Ranging from the Farmer’s Favourite ‘Ferneley’s Traditional’ to Salted Caramel, Raspberry Ripple and even Blue Moo! Our dairy free, vegan Fruit Sorbets are the perfect refreshing treat and our seasonal Ice Cream flavours such as; Lemon Meringue, Pecan Toffee Crunch and Mince Pie mean there are always new flavours to try.

You can enjoy Ferneley’s Ice Cream all year round in cones, as a milkshake, a sundae, on pancakes or on our Belgian waffles.

We have a large variety of flavours available in our large take home tubs.

Work with us

Our delicious ice cream is available in 125ml tubs. Flavours include: Strawberry, Salted Caramel, Mint, Traditional, Chocolate & Raspberry Sorbet. We have now launched our 500ml tubs too!
